A Way Forward Against Sexual Harassment
Wednesday, February 7, 2018
“The recent public disclosures of sexual harassment by several well-known figures and the
accompanying #MeToo groundswell have opened the eyes of many to the extraordinary scale of this issue. The unfortunate truth is the stories from those affected by this behavior, while devastating, are not new.”

harassment,” GRBJ.com
In an open letter published in the Grand Rapids Business Journal on November 17, 2017, Sandra Gaddy of the Women’s Resource Center, Charisse Mitchell of the YWCA, and Diana Sieger of the Grand Rapids Community Foundation invited the Grand Rapids community “to engage with one another and chart a new way forward” with the goal of ending sexual harassment and sexual aggression in all its forms. Join us on Wednesday, February 7th, as these community leaders will engage in a dialogue on how we can change the culture that creates and allows sexual harassment. RSVP to come, listen, and join the discussion!
